1. PREAMBLE
Section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 mandates every company having a net worth of Rs. 500 Crore or more or
revenue of Rs. 1,000 Crore or more or net profit of Rs. 5 Crore or more shall constitute a Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR) Committee. The CSR Committee is responsible for formulating the CSR policy and monitoring CSR programs.
Jasmer Foods believes in making a positive difference to society and aims to undertake meaningful CSR activities
with better outcomes, focusing primarily on communities where the Company operates.
2. CSR POLICY
This Policy aligns with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, CSR Rules, 2014, and applicable regulations as amended from time to time.
Jasmer Foods recognizes its responsibility towards community development, environmental protection, and sustainable social impact.
3. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY
This policy applies to all CSR initiatives undertaken directly by Jasmer Foods or through foundations, trusts, or charitable organizations.
4. OBJECTIVE OF CSR POLICY
- Identify and define CSR segments and objectives.
- Formulate operational processes for CSR implementation.
- Initiate community-beneficial projects.
- Encourage employee participation in CSR activities.
- Generate goodwill in communities where the Company operates.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CSR COMMITTEE
- Formulate and recommend CSR Policy and related activities under Schedule VII.
- Recommend CSR expenditure budget.
- Monitor CSR activities and project progress.
- Ensure implementation of approved CSR activities.
- Give preference to local areas of operation.
7. MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE
The Committee shall meet as required, striving for at least two meetings during each financial year.
8. BUDGET AND ALLOCATION
The CSR Committee will allocate at least 2% of the average net profits (before tax) of the last three financial years for CSR projects, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
9. CSR ACTIVITIES
CSR activities will be undertaken in line with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, including:
- Eradicating hunger, poverty, malnutrition; promoting healthcare and sanitation; safe drinking water.
- Promoting education, vocational skills, and livelihood enhancement.
- Promoting gender equality, empowering women, support for elderly and differently-abled.
- Environmental sustainability, conservation of natural resources, animal welfare.
- Protection of national heritage, art, culture, libraries, handicrafts.
- Support for armed forces veterans, war widows, CAPF & CPMF personnel.
- Training and promotion of sports including rural, national, Paralympic, and Olympic sports.
- Contribution to PM National Relief Fund, PM CARES, and welfare funds for SC/ST/OBC/minorities/women.

(a) Supporting incubators and R&D projects in science, technology, engineering, medicine.
(b) Contributions to public-funded universities, IITs, ICAR, ICMR, CSIR, DRDO, DST, etc.
- Rural development projects.
- Slum area development.
- Disaster management including relief and rehabilitation.
- Any subsequent activity added to Schedule VII.
